Journey of LIfe

I love riding my bike,
It gives me the freedom which I like.
It takes me places,
Helps me explore many open spaces.

I wish to get lost,
cause that's one way to make the most...
Of this journey of life.

There is so much more than this drag,
It keeps getting harder to brag,
and I don't wanna end up like a big old sag.

One day I take the concrete,
The other I take the tarmac,
And some day I wish I was on a road to nowhere land.

Destinations don't matter,
Its the journey which makes more sense,
Unlike life without an aim,
Ends up being a lot of shame.

Riding around like a vagabond,
Its fun going round & round.
Coming across the same corners, turns after turns.
I realize its no more fun.

I wish the road never ends, it just goes on & on,
Cause every town & place has a story spun around.
At times I go over a bump, and it reminds me to avoid the slump.

The journey gets lonely at times,
I have my bike, the road and the divider lines,
To comfort my nerves & intestines.

I look for shelter from the rain,
I take a break when I am in pain,
And try to forget my past stains.
And move on from one milestone to another.

Each journey is a different chapter,
When I reach my destination,
I want to start another one.

This my friend, is the circle (Journey) of life,
Sometimes its smaller, sometimes its longer.
Don't want it ever to end.
